Feedback and complaints
Compassion Rehabilitation is committed to safeguarding each participant and other associated parties with our 'feedback and complaint' management and resolution system, ensuring that feedback and complaints are acknowledged, assessed and resolved. We are responsible to uphold the rights of people to complaint and will work to ensure people are not disadvantaged in any way because they have made a complaint.
Complaints can be made by ‘anyone’ in connection with the support and services provided by Compassion Rehabilitation, in a number of ways by:
