Occupational Therapy
Occupational therapy is a person-centred health profession that involves assessments to understand your current functional capacity and limitations, and support you to achieve your goals in daily activities you find meaningful by building your skills and independence with or without equipment. These activities include taking care of oneself (and others), working, volunteering, and participating in hobbies, social and community events.

Physiotherapy
Physiotherapy uses physical techniques to improve movement, reduce pain and stiffness, speed up the healing process and increase quality of life. Physiotherapist assess, diagnose, plan and manage a broad range of conditions with the bones, muscles, cardiovascular system, nerves and other parts or systems of the body.

Exercise Physiotherapy
